Verdun Project Project Update 2

Having had some more time to work out some of the kinks of my project, I am starting to get a better picture of how I want everything to eventually come together. I now have multiple exhibits, each of which has at least a dozen collections, and each collection at least a handful of objects. I have also started working on my map, and researching how I can embed that into my project. One of the things I have had trouble with in the past is fining the correct coordinates for specific locations, since different applications will often provide different (if only slightly) latitudes and longitudes. I would also like to figure out a way to change my domain name for the website slug in order to take out a leftover element from my project last semester. Other than that I feel like I am right on schedule and making good progress, and I think the map will be a really great way to visualize how these fortresses were in fact a “ring” which protected not only the city, but one another from attacking forces.
